Step by step guide on member access to Connemara Golf Links via ClubNet
First and foremost, I would ask that you download the application on either IOS or Android on your smart phone.
I would advise that you update your phone to its latest version in your settings.
To easily get your new Connemara Golf Links App on your smartphone and connect, just follow these simple steps.
1. If you have an iPhone go to App Store and download ClubNet.
2. If you have a Samsung go to Google Play store and download ClubNet
3. Please accept all location services and push notifications.
4. You will see a selection of golf clubs, select Connemara Championship Golf Links.
5. We have already set up an account for you. Please do not sign up for a new account.
6. In the email box, enter your email address (the same one the club has for you)
7. In password, enter Golf2018. To change your Password go to Members Profile and click on the + plus symbol in the bottom right hand cornet, a lock symbol will appear. Click on the lock and the change password option will appear.
Note: You will also need to accept the privacy policy for the ClubNet app by ticking the box.
Unpaid members and visitors do not have access to member tee times or to the member module.
Have a browse through to familiarise yourself with it.

Connemara Golf Links Entry Fee and Tee Time Bookings with the Clubnet App Purse
Tee times for all Club Competitions can only be booked on the ClubNet Competition Booking system, either through the app or the online booking portal, with the entry fee paid from the member’s Purse account. Tee time bookings open 14 days in advance at 19:00.
Members must have sufficient credit in their Purse account in ClubNet, before they can reserve a Tee Time for a competition.
Purse Credit can be purchased (minimum of €50 each time) by going to “Members” and “Members Booking” and then clicking on the Blue circle with the Plus symbol in the bottom right corner. Then click on the purple circle with the shopping trolley symbol and follow the instructions.
You can check your Purse credit at any time by going to “Members” and click on “My Profile”. Your balance appears in red writing at top of this page once opened called “Members Purse”
When booking a Tee Time for a Competition on ClubNet, the system is designed to allow access to any member clicking on a particular time slot. However, it is the first to click the “Save Booking” button on the booking line, and finish the booking, who will reserve the slot.
A member can add other members, please be aware that when booking another member that other member must have a sufficient balance in their purse, otherwise the other member will not appear in the dropdown section. For now, guests will have to pay the competition fee on arrival. It is planned to have the member pay the guest competition fee via their own purse when the system is rolled out further.
The 2's Entry is included in the competition fee, any member who Does Not want to entry the 2's must ask for a refund when signing in.
A member who cancels their reserved Competition Tee Time up to 19:00 on the evening before the competition takes place, will have the entry fee credited back to their Purse account, but those who Cancel after that time will not. A member who is not going to play in their reserved time slot is asked to always delete their name, out of respect to their fellow members.
The Waiting List allocates the top name on the list for the time slot requested, if a corresponding time comes available, in the event of a person with a reserved slot deleting their name.
The Waiting List stays live right up to Competition time. Therefore, if you are on the Waiting List, be prepared for a possible late call up anytime up to the morning of the Competition. ·
Always Delete your name from the Waiting List, if you do not want a last-minute call up, as otherwise you will be allocated any available slot, and you will be charged the Entry Fee, whether you turn up or not.
If a Competition is cancelled, all members on the Timesheet will have their Purse reimbursed with the entry fee amount within 2 days of cancellation.
Recording of scores will remain as at present i.e. via the Digital Scorecard on the ClubNet app, all scorecard must be left in the box after you have recorded your score on the digital scorecard.
Shop Voucher can now be added to your Competition Purse through the proshop.

The Marker is responsible for entering the correct score, so please ensure that you have thoroughly checked the players score before submitting the Digital Scorecard, once submitted the Digital Scorecard can not be altered.
Any player who fails to enter a Digital Scorecard will not be included in the competition results.
The Digital Scorecard must be entered immediately after you finish your round.
Under Golf Ireland Guideline the scorecard must be put into the competition box after the score has been recorded on the Digital Scorecard, any scorecard not returned will not be entered into the competition.
If any scores are entered incorrectly and the marker fails to notify the Competitions Committee before the Competition is closed, the Committee may take disciplinary actions against the Marker and the Player.
